Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us at Twigs Golf. Our service and commitment to you, our customer, is a top priority.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our Return and Refund Policy.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Company refers to Twigs Golf LLC.
Exchange refers to replacing the Goods with a new one.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale.
Order refers to a purchase by You.
You refers to an individual or company, or other legal entity acting on behalf of which such individual.
In order for the Goods within an Order to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days.
- The Goods are in the original packaging.
Please contact us at support@twigsgolf.com in the event the Order is eligible and You would like to receive a refund or process an Exchange.
In the event You proceed with the return or Exchange:
- You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods.
- The Company cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund or Exchange without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
- The Company will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which returned Goods are received. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order.
